Francis J. Leddy, Jr. Esq. was born in Bergen County, New Jersey and admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1977, the Pennsylvania Bar in 1977 and the New York Bar in 1983.  He was admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1977. He received his B.S., cum laude, from Fordham University and his J.D. from Western New England University Law School. He is a member of the New Jersey State and New York State Bar Associations.  

Practice Areas

Francis J. Leddy, Jr. is the Managing Member of the law firm of Verp and Leddy, LLC, where he heads the practice in litigation at all Trial and Appellate Court levels including Civil, Personal Injury and Products Liability, Family, General Chancery, Real Estate and Property Associations. Frank took over the firm in 1996 on the 45th anniversary of its founding from his prior partners.    

Mr. Leddy's practice includes representing injured adults and minors in transportation and premises liability accidents involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, as well as claims against municipal and public entities.

Mr. Leddy also has had litigated against some of the nation's largest insurers in first and third party coverage litigation involving a myriad of issues.
